Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 7?" YEAS: 18 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Zharoff Nays: Lincoln Excused: Donley and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus passing HOUSE CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 7(STA) Relating to mandates imposed on the states by the federal government. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. HOUSE CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 7(STA) was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
